Grok Bot agent teams: three install-order blueprints
A field guide to installing a 5–6 bot Grok Bot roster in order — content studio, one-person desk, and GTM — with approval gates and links to the live template cards.
A single Grok Bot is a card. A team is a desk: five or six cards, a named install order, and a fence you do not move. This site now has three agent team blueprints. Each role on those pages opens the same template card you already know from Discover.
This is the short field guide. Use it when you have a job-to-be-done and do not want to shop 114 personalities one by one.
Pick the job, then install in order
- Content studio — discovery in, drafts out. You still hit publish.
- One-person desk — a company of one. The chief of staff never hits send.
- GTM / sales — prospects, pain, follow-ups. Outbound stays a draft.
Do not mix the three on day one. Finish one roster. The other two are a click away at the bottom of each blueprint.
The three desks, in one pass
Content studio starts with Orchestrator Bot. It routes and stops. It does not write the post. socials and Lurk find filmable pain (Lurk never posts). Index writes the search brief. George and Clipper make the assets. You approve every publish.
One-person desk starts with Spark for a five-minute onboarding, then Kody as chief of staff. Jess recaps; Dewey pings the urgent mail. Invoice Hunter packs a CSV. Fixer chases one loose end. Nothing leaves without a yes — no send, no pay.
GTM reuses Orchestrator and Lurk, then adds PG for podcast/post prospecting, Competitor Watching for weekly snapshots, Post Call Assistant for a follow-up that never sends, and LinkedIn Desk for invite vetting you still click yourself.
Share URLs on those cards are the live https://x.ai/bot/… links. The blueprints do not invent new ones.
How to run the first ten minutes
Open the blueprint. Install in the numbered order. Paste the first message into the coordinator (Orchestrator or Kody). Connect only the plugins that page lists. Skip the ones it says you can skip.
Then stop. Day-one "done" is a routed topic, a weekly priority, or five accounts on a list — not a published post and not a sent email.
The fence, in one line
Never auto-send, auto-post, or spend. If a bot can click, you click first.
The catalog of cards is still at /templates. The desks live at /teams. For how a share id works, see Grok Bot templates: a public directory. For share, install, and vet steps, see How to share, install, and vet a Grok Bot template.
