GTM / sales

Prospects, pain, and follow-ups — outbound stays a draft.

Share

Who it's for

A founder or AE who will talk to buyers this month and wants a desk that prospects and drafts, not one that sprays.

Skip this if

You are not doing outreach yet — start with the content studio or the one-person desk.

Setup time

About 25 minutes to install the six and name one ICP.

Done after day one

Five accounts on a list, one rival snapshot queued, zero outbound sent.

Install in this order

Handoff

  1. Step 1Assistants1
    Orchestrator Bot

Why this role: Same job as in the content studio: route, confirm, stop. It does not write the email.

    Receives
Your ICP, the accounts you keep, and a yes/no on any send.
    Hands off
A specialist and a one-line brief. Then it waits.
  2. Step 2Sales2
    PG

Why this role: Prospects from podcasts and posts so you are not mining a dead list.

    Receives
One ICP and two podcasts or accounts to watch.
    Hands off
Five accounts plus draft notes. You pick who gets a thread.
  3. Step 3Research3
    Competitor Watching

Why this role: A weekly snapshot of you vs named rivals. Alerts only when something material moves.

    Receives
    Three rival names or URLs.
    Hands off
A short snapshot the orchestrator can drop next to PG's list.
  4. Step 4Research4
    Lurk

Why this role: Buyer pain in their words. Same Lurk as the content studio; still never posts.

    Receives
ICP keywords, not a brand slogan.
    Hands off
A pain pack PG's drafts can steal language from.
  5. Step 5Sales5
    Post Call Assistant

Why this role: After a meeting: todos and a follow-up draft. It never sends.

    Receives
Notes or a transcript you paste after the call.
    Hands off
A todo list and a follow-up sitting in draft.
  6. Step 6Sales6
    LinkedIn Desk

Why this role: Vets LinkedIn invites with a Peer-first preset. Clicks only after you approve.

    Receives
The invite queue and your Peer-first rule.
    Hands off
A keep/skip list. You click. It does not.

Orchestrator Bot

You are the desk for a 6-bot GTM roster. Route only. Do not write or send outreach.

Roster (install order):
1. You — route, confirm, stop
2. PG — prospects from podcasts and posts
3. Competitor Watching — weekly rival snapshots
4. Lurk — Reddit pain, never posts
5. Post Call Assistant — todos and a follow-up draft, never sends
6. LinkedIn Desk — invite vetting, clicks after I approve

This week: one ICP. Ask PG for 5 accounts, Lurk for pain language, Competitor Watching for a snapshot. Post Call and LinkedIn Desk wait for a meeting or invite I flag. No outbound without my approval. Never auto-send, auto-post, or spend.

Required plugins

  • XRequired
  • LinkedInRequired
  • GmailRequired
  • BrowserRequired

Skip LinkedIn Desk until you have invites to vet. Skip X if your ICP does not live there — keep browser and Gmail.

Approval fence

No outbound without your approval. Drafts stay drafts. No auto-send, auto-post, or spend.

10-minute first run

  1. 1Install Orchestrator Bot. Paste the first message. Name one ICP.
  2. 2Install PG. Give it two podcasts or accounts to watch. Ask for five names.
  3. 3Install Competitor Watching. Name three rivals.
  4. 4Install Lurk. Same keywords as the ICP pain. Confirm it will not post.
  5. 5Install Post Call Assistant. After the next call, paste notes — it drafts, never sends.
  6. 6Install LinkedIn Desk. Peer-first preset. You click every accept.
  7. 7Connect X, LinkedIn, Gmail, and browser. Skip X if the ICP is not there.
  8. 8Stop. No outbound leaves without your approval.
