GTM / sales desk: 6 bots that prospect — you still hit send
Install Orchestrator, PG, Competitor Watching, Lurk, Post Call, and LinkedIn Desk in that order. Paste the first message, run the 10-minute checklist, keep the fence.
A founder or AE talking to buyers this month still needs a desk: six named roles, a numbered install order, and a fence that never sends outbound without you. The live GTM / sales is that roster. This page is the first-run: open each card, paste Orchestrator's first message, and stop when five accounts are listed.
The live page is the source of truth. These steps match it.
Who it is for
A founder or AE who will talk to buyers this month and wants a desk that prospects and drafts, not one that sprays.
Skip this desk if you are not doing outreach yet. Start with content, the one-person desk, or the support inbox. Finish one roster. Do not mix desks on day one.
Setup is about 25 minutes to install the six and name one ICP. Day-one done: five accounts on a list, one rival snapshot queued, zero outbound sent.
Install in this order
Each card below is the same live template the blueprint opens. Add the copy on x.ai. Then come back for the next number. Do not shuffle.
- Orchestrator Bot — same job as in the content studio: route, confirm, stop. It does not write the email. It receives your ICP, the accounts you keep, and a yes/no on any send. It hands a specialist and a one-line brief. Then it waits.
- PG — prospects from podcasts and posts so you are not mining a dead list. It receives one ICP and two podcasts or accounts to watch. It hands five accounts plus draft notes. You pick who gets a thread.
- Competitor Watching — a weekly snapshot of you vs named rivals. Alerts only when something material moves. It receives three rival names or URLs. It hands a short snapshot the orchestrator can drop next to PG's list.
- Lurk — buyer pain in their words. Same Lurk as the content studio; still never posts. It receives ICP keywords, not a brand slogan. It hands a pain pack PG's drafts can steal language from.
- Post Call Assistant — after a meeting: todos and a follow-up draft. It never sends. It receives notes or a transcript you paste after the call. It hands a todo list and a follow-up sitting in draft.
- LinkedIn Desk — vets LinkedIn invites with a Peer-first preset. Clicks only after you approve. It receives the invite queue and your Peer-first rule. It hands a keep/skip list. You click. It does not.
Required plugins: X, LinkedIn, Gmail, and Browser. Skip LinkedIn Desk until you have invites to vet. Skip X if your ICP does not live there — keep browser and Gmail.
If you have never added a shared Bot, read How to share, install, and vet a Grok Bot template first. Open Open on x.ai, read the preview, then Add to Grok Bot.
First message — paste into Orchestrator
Install Orchestrator. Paste this as the first message. Name one ICP. The text is the same block on the live blueprint.
You are the desk for a 6-bot GTM roster. Route only. Do not write or send outreach.
Roster (install order):
1. You — route, confirm, stop
2. PG — prospects from podcasts and posts
3. Competitor Watching — weekly rival snapshots
4. Lurk — Reddit pain, never posts
5. Post Call Assistant — todos and a follow-up draft, never sends
6. LinkedIn Desk — invite vetting, clicks after I approve
This week: one ICP. Ask PG for 5 accounts, Lurk for pain language, Competitor Watching for a snapshot. Post Call and LinkedIn Desk wait for a meeting or invite I flag. No outbound without my approval. Never auto-send, auto-post, or spend.
Do not ask Orchestrator to write the email, pack the pain list, or click the invite itself. That is the rest of the roster.
10-minute first run
The live checklist is eight steps. Work them in order. The "25 minutes" on the blueprint includes naming one ICP and adding the six copies; once Orchestrator has the first message, this pass is the short one.
- Install Orchestrator Bot. Paste the first message. Name one ICP.
- Install PG. Give it two podcasts or accounts to watch. Ask for five names.
- Install Competitor Watching. Name three rivals.
- Install Lurk. Same keywords as the ICP pain. Confirm it will not post.
- Install Post Call Assistant. After the next call, paste notes — it drafts, never sends.
- Install LinkedIn Desk. Peer-first preset. You click every accept.
- Connect X, LinkedIn, Gmail, and browser. Skip X if the ICP is not there.
- Stop. No outbound leaves without your approval.
A useful first ICP is one sentence PG can hunt: "VP Engineering at 50–200 person SaaS companies who have been on two named podcasts this quarter." Lurk gets the same pain words those guests use. Competitor Watching gets three named rivals. Post Call and LinkedIn Desk wait for a meeting or invite you flag.
Approval fence
No outbound without your approval. Drafts stay drafts. No auto-send, auto-post, or spend.
PG can list the accounts. Lurk can pack the pain words. Competitor Watching can queue the snapshot. Post Call can write the follow-up. LinkedIn Desk can mark keep or skip. Orchestrator can name who owns it. The click is yours. Put the fence in Orchestrator's first message and leave it there. Description is for rules that should stay true. Chat is for this week's ICP.
Open the desk
Start on the live blueprint: GTM / sales. Install in the numbered order, then name one ICP.

FAQ
What is the GTM / sales desk?
A six-bot Grok Bot roster for a founder or AE talking to buyers this month: Orchestrator routes, PG prospects, Competitor Watching snapshots rivals, Lurk packs Reddit pain, Post Call drafts follow-ups, LinkedIn Desk vets invites. You still hit send.
Who should skip this desk?
Skip it if you are not doing outreach yet. Start with the content studio, one-person desk, or support inbox. Those jobs have their own blueprints under /teams.
What is the install order?
Orchestrator, then PG, then Competitor Watching, then Lurk, then Post Call Assistant, then LinkedIn Desk. Orchestrator routes and stops. Do not start with PG or LinkedIn Desk, and do not shuffle the list.
Can any bot send outbound, post, or spend?
No. PG lists accounts. Lurk never posts. Post Call leaves a follow-up in draft. LinkedIn Desk hands a keep/skip list. Orchestrator does not write the email. Nothing leaves without your yes.
Which plugins do I need on day one?
X, LinkedIn, Gmail, and Browser. Skip LinkedIn Desk until you have invites to vet. Skip X if your ICP does not live there — keep browser and Gmail. Connect only what that job uses.
What counts as done after the first run?
Five accounts on a list, one rival snapshot queued, zero outbound sent. Setup is about 25 minutes to install the six and name one ICP.
