求职流水线:侦察、定制、核查,由你投递
四个机器人盯招聘页、打适配分、按岗位改简历但绝不虚构经历、逐条核对真实履历并准备面试。所有对外投递和联系都由你本人完成。
The payoff
A job-search pipeline that does the parts of a search that eat your evenings: finding fresh roles on company career pages, scoring each against what you actually want, tailoring your résumé to the posting's words without inventing experience, mapping who you know at the company, and building an interview prep sheet. You submit, you write the outreach, you show up.
What it replaces: the scroll-copy-paste loop. One person who ran eight bots for a month after a layoff reported 90+ roles scored, 70 warm-intro maps, 20 full application packages and notes on 35 calls, which he estimated at about 80 hours he'd otherwise have done by hand. Those are his numbers (@PatBergie), not a promise. Another job seeker credits a two-bot scout + tailor setup with six offers in four weeks (@wojciech_jelen). Your field, level and market will decide your results. The pipeline decides how many good shots you get to take.
Who this is for
- Anyone actively searching, especially after a layoff, when volume and morale both matter.
- Career switchers who need each application tailored, not blasted.
- Students hunting internships with fixed dates and countries.
Not for you if you want bulk auto-apply. Recruiters notice, and some portals treat it as abuse. This pack keeps a human on every submit.
How it works
Four bots plus a tracker, built in this order:
| Bot | Job | Never |
|---|---|---|
| Scout | Watches company career pages and boards; scores fit 1–10 | Applies or creates accounts |
| Tailor | Résumé bullets + answers matched to the posting's language | Invents experience |
| Checker | Compares every draft against your master résumé; sends errors back | Approves its own work |
| Coach | Interview research, prep sheets, post-call notes | Contacts anyone |
A taste: the one rule that keeps this honest
Credit: @ThisMightWrk ("Tailor the wording, don't invent experience") and @PatBergie ("All outbound comes from me personally"). Paste this into every bot:
Tailor the wording, don't invent experience. Every claim in anything you
draft must trace to a line in master-resume.md or facts.md. If a posting asks
for something I don't have, say so plainly; don't paper over it.
All outbound comes from me personally: you never submit, email, message,
connect, or accept anything on my behalf.
Where this comes from
- Eight-bot never-send search, career pages over aggregators, fit ≥7 before drafting: Pat Bergstresser (@PatBergie). Free use-case: /use-cases/eight-bots-job-search-never-send.
- Scout → Tailor for ATS keywords: @wojciech_jelen, /use-cases/two-bots-six-job-offers.
- A QA bot between drafting and applying: @ThisMightWrk, /use-cases/job-hunt-four-bots-dont-invent.
- Search as a mission with constraints and rejection analysis: Sinda (@SKatalystAI), /use-cases/internship-hunt-mission.
