营销与内容复用台:五条只起草、从不发帖的例行
需求雷达、周一数据、竞品缺口、故事挖掘,并把一篇已发布内容改写成 X、LinkedIn、Newsletter 和短视频草稿。全部等你点头。
The payoff
A marketing desk that drafts and never posts. It does four things on a weekly rhythm. It spots rising topics in your category, writes the Monday numbers report, finds gaps against competitors, and turns every piece you ship into a week of channel-ready drafts (an X thread, a LinkedIn post, a newsletter section, a short-video script). Everything lands in one private Slack channel (or this chat) as DRAFT — needs your yes.
What it replaces: the repurposing grind and the Monday dashboard tour. One creator described automating a week of content across X, LinkedIn, email and YouTube that used to take him about 8 hours, built on one analytics bot feeding a Notion database (@coreyganim; his numbers, his stack). Your hours will differ. The shape that saves them is the same: measure → pick → repurpose → you edit the last 10–20%.
Who this is for
- Founders and one-person marketing teams with a product, a newsletter or a channel, and no time for a content calendar.
- Small teams who want a weekly rhythm without a dashboard habit.
- Anyone burned by a bot that "helpfully" replied to someone in public.
How it works
One bot, Marketing desk, five routines:
| Routine | When | Output |
|---|---|---|
| Demand radar | Mon + Thu 07:30 | Top 5 rising topics with links + one angle each |
| Monday report | Mon 08:00 | Numbers that moved, under 150 words |
| Competitor gaps | Tue 09:00 | Gaps labelled create / update / consolidate / skip |
| Repurpose | When you drop a link, or Wed 10:00 | 4 channel drafts from one shipped piece |
| Story mining | Fri 11:00 | One thing your company dealt with this week worth a post |
A taste: Eric Siu's demand radar, quoted
From @ericosiu:
Every Monday and Thursday at 7:30am CT, check the YouTube channels and X
accounts in [your list] for posts about [your category] from the last 7 days.
Rank the 5 topics where attention is growing fastest, and link the video or
post behind each one. Flag any topic from your last list that has cooled off.
For each topic, tell me whether we've already published on it and suggest
one angle that fits [your offer] for [your buyer]. Send it to me in Slack as
a draft. Do not post, reply, like or follow on X. If a source fails, name it
and run the rest.
