Turn invoice mail into a CSV you approve

Who it is for

A person who already has invoice mail or a sheet of what is unpaid. Recurring subscriptions are the next task, not this one.

Outcome

A CSV and an amount list for one month, or three reminder drafts that wait for a yes.

Workflow

1. On the personal money desk, install Sterling, then Invoice Hunter. Name the month you want packed.
2. If the invoices already live in a sheet, use the chaser use case: client, amount, due date, paid or not, reminders sent.
3. Draft the reminder in Gmail. Escalate only on the third pass, and only after you approve the draft.
4. Vendor bill chats, such as a redacted ISP PDF, stay a separate pass. You still accept any new price.
