Weekly Bot Handoff & Token Efficiency Review

Set a recurring routine every Friday at 9:00 AM. On each run, generate a concise handoff note for yourself and for every active bot. Each note should contain only the following:

Exact role and purpose
Preferences and voice/style
All standing rules and constraints
Current open tasks
Any other essential context needed for a fresh instance to continue working seamlessly without prior chat history.

Keep every note as short as possible. Do not include previous conversation history or anything outside the items above. Store the notes <INSERT YOUR CHOICE OF LOCATION> in a folder named Handoff Notes.

Update the existing file(s) each week by overwriting them, do not create new files. After the handoff notes are updated, refresh a single card-based report page that shows which bots, routines, and conversations are likely consuming the most tokens. Rank them from highest to lowest estimated usage based on frequency of runs and length of chats. For each entry, briefly explain why it is used so heavily.

On the same report, include exactly five concrete suggestions for reducing token usage. These can include changes in approach, workflow modifications, preferring connected tools over web browsing, or replacing AI-driven steps with local scripts or automations that produce equivalent results. Do not implement any of the suggestions, only recommend them.

If the analysis method can be saved as a reusable skill, do so. Also include any additional recommendations that would keep workflows efficient without reducing quality or results. Update this same report page each week. Do not create a new report.

Duplicate Bot & Load Handoff Notes

Create a fresh duplicate of the target bot. Once the new bot is ready, give it the following instructions:

Load the latest handoff note for this bot from <INSERT THE LOCATION YOU PUT THE HANDOFF NOTES IN HERE> folder named Handoff Notes. Use only the contents of that note as your operating context.

Adopt the exact role, preferences, rules, open tasks, and continuation details it contains. Do not reference or rely on any prior conversation history. Treat the handoff note as the complete source of truth for how this bot should operate.

Confirm once the note has been loaded and the bot is ready to continue from that state.
