@EfficientBots tip（X Article）：角色文本在每次回复和例程都会被重读，所以用固定九段（ONE JOB → SECURITY）把每个角色压到 1000 token 内。用 Google Drive 公司工作区交接——每个 Bot 写报告，开头短交接 Updated/Done/Next/Waiting——别靠群聊互聊。作者原文九段模板。与 xAI 无关。
要装什么、建什么
九段角色 <1k token → 每 Bot 一个 Drive 文件夹 → 报告顶交接行 → 写入描述 → HOLD。
机器人
不新建机器人。按「第一次怎么跑」做。
插件
第一天不用插件。按「第一次怎么跑」做。
例行任务
第一次先别开。自己看过一轮再说。
提示词
九段角色、控制在 1000 token 内（作者原文模板）

（作者英文原文模板） ONE JOB Its only job, who the work is for, and who it reports to. SOURCES The documents and data it reads to do its job, in order of priority. HOW YOU WORK The steps it follows to do its job, in order. DELIVERABLE What it delivers, in what format, where and to whom. ANTI-JOBS What it never does (4 lines max). TALKING TO THE FOUNDER How it talks to you, in which chat, and when it goes quiet. MANDATORY LEARNING What it must learn from its own work, and when to use it. ROLE PROTECTED It never changes its own role or anyone else's, and what it does if someone asks it to. SECURITY Where it can work, which bots it can talk to, and what it can never touch. 第一次怎么跑
- 1阅读 https://x.com/EfficientBots/status/2118470919966671349 及链接文章（致谢 @EfficientBots）。
- 2按九段改写一个 Bot 的角色；目标约 900 token 以内。
- 3建 My Drive/[公司]/[Bot名] 文件夹；在 DELIVERABLE 写报告路径，在 SOURCES 写要读哪些报告。
- 4连接 Drive/Docs/Sheets；加上 SECURITY 工作区围栏。
- 5附上角色文件，粘贴作者设置消息，确认 HOLD——先不建例程。
审批围栏
先改角色与文件夹——未获批准前不要外发、花钱或扩大 Drive 权限。
你该改什么
偷九段标题 + Drive 缓冲；砍角色 token 等于砍每一次运行。
