Look at brands I buy from frequently and roasts I return to a lot and make notes about what kind of coffee I tend to like based on my purchase history. Once you've compiled a profile of my coffee taste, I want you to set up a search to run every week to find a new roast for under $20 from a small batch roaster based in the United States that you think I'd like. Buy and have a bag shipped to my house every week. Be sure to check my calendar to make sure I'm not out of town. Always, always whole bean. Send me an email with tasting notes, why you think I'd like it, and whatever you can find out about the beans and the roaster. I like understanding things like where and how the beans were grown as well as how they were roasted. Send me the email every week and try to have the new bag of beans arrive every Sunday.
