navydoc001 早先用 OpenClaw + NotebookLM，后来把知识获取迁到名叫 Athena 的 Grok Bot。全部写入 Obsidian 和 NAS。他公开了所用提示词。

作者原文提示词：给定主题；Athena 从书、网站、YouTube、社交媒体取材，冲本科等价深度；做前测摸底；按你的时间做路径；终考验收。提示词外不另编课程规则。

While I am working on consulting and social media, I would like to construct Athena. The intent is to give it a topic and it will source books, websites, youtube, and social media for the knowledge equivalent to a bachelors degree in that subject. It should develop a pre-test to determine what my current, baseline knowledge is, a knowledge acquisition pathway based on that and the indicated timeframe, and a final exam to ensure that the knowledge transfer was successful. Everything is saved to Obsidian and the NAS. Never send, post, spend, or buy without my explicit yes.
