A morning stack of drafts and one urgent ping. Nothing leaves the mailbox until you send it.

手順

1. Install Jess for the weekday recap and Dewey for the time-sensitive ping. The one-person desk lists them after Kody.
2. If you only want one teammate, follow the inbox-helper use case: one job, weekdays at 8 am, drafts only.
3. Keep a headers-only rule for every bot except the one you named as the inbox sentry, until that one marks a message clean.
4. Read the drafts. Send the ones you mean. Delete the rest.

Open the one-person desk and install Jess, then Dewey. Connect Gmail. Do not turn on send.
