Pasos

1. Install Spark and answer the short questionnaire. Those notes are what Kody treats as the source of truth.
2. Install Kody and paste the one-person desk’s first message. Name one priority for this week.
3. Write the priorities doc from the chief-of-staff use case. Connect only the inbox, calendar, and chat you actually use.
4. Ask for matches to that doc. Jess and Dewey can run after this, on the email task. Do not start there.
