One prompt: YouTube podcast → 60s clip + burned captions + why-it-matters
You want a shareable clip from a long podcast without sitting in an editor.
What hurt
Shabbir Haider (@electrik_dreams) sent one prompt to Grok Bot: find a YouTube podcast moment, cut a max 60s clip on a recent robotics breakthrough for a general audience, burn solid white captions at the top, deliver the MP4, a one-line why it matters, and the source link. Author-quoted prompt below. Not affiliated with xAI.
What to install or create
One author-quoted clip brief. Bot finds, cuts, captions, returns MP4 + one-liner + source.

The prompt
YouTube 60s clip brief (author-quoted)
Quoted from @electrik_dreams — prompt as published. Do not invent a second system prompt.
Last line is our approval fence: Never send, post, spend, or buy without my explicit yes.
From a YouTube podcast, cut a max 60 sec clip on a recent robotics breakthrough most people should know, clear to a general audience, profound enough to stick. Burn solid white captions at the top. Deliver the MP4, a one-line on why it matters, and the source link. Never send, post, spend, or buy without my explicit yes.
First run
- 1Read https://x.com/electrik_dreams/status/2101362727101075814.
- 2Paste the author-quoted prompt (swap the topic if needed — keep max 60s, captions, MP4, why, source).
- 3Review the MP4 and the one-liner before you share anything.
- 4Post only after your yes. Keep spend behind your yes.
Approval fence
Bot may download and edit public video to your phone/files. Posts and spends wait for your yes.
What to tweak
Steal the clip brief verbatim. Caption + why + source in the same ask.
