What hurt

Wayne Lowry (@wikiwayne) had four trips to reconcile (San Diego, DC, Vegas, Dallas) while Uber receipts went to an old Hotmail he barely checked. He had Uber resend to Gmail, then told Grok Bot to handle the rest. It found all 24 rides, sorted by trip, caught a duplicate he would have double-billed, pulled out Lime scooter rides, built one summary PDF plus a PDF per trip and a spreadsheet, and emailed the pack. Total $795.26 ready for reimbursement — a couple of messages instead of hours. Tip / experience (no published system prompt). Not affiliated with xAI.

What to tweak

Steal “sort by trip + catch duplicates + one pack.” Boring expense work is the win.
