Personal
Two people, two accounts, one shared fitness dashboard via bot email
Your partner's bots and yours can't see each other across separate accounts.
What hurt
@WizZifnab wrote up a two-household setup: a dev bot made the home-server dashboard data-driven for two users (own plan plus read-only view of the other's), the fitness bot published a template of itself, private server details went by email attachment instead of the template, and a comms bot emailed the partner's bots the template and a contact map. The partner's primary bot watched its inbox, created the new bot from the template, and since then the bots sync by email on their own. Not affiliated with xAI.
What to install or create
Plan in a room → make the shared thing multi-user → template the bot → private details by email → bot-to-bot email handoff.

The prompt
This is a tip, not a pasteable system prompt. The author did not publish one. Follow the first-run steps.
First run
- 1Read https://x.com/WizZifnab/status/2113058896310948089 (credit @WizZifnab).
- 2Explain the project to your primary bot and put the involved bots in one room.
- 3Have the dev bot make the shared dashboard support two users with read-only cross views.
- 4Publish a template of the domain bot; keep private details for an email attachment.
- 5Have the other person's primary bot watch for the email and create the bot from the template.
Approval fence
Hand over logins and keys yourself; review the first handoff email before it's sent.
What to tweak
Steal the split: what's public goes in the template, what's private goes in an attachment.
