A four-bot X newsroom started serving the org chart, not the posts.
刘屿之外 built an “X war room” with four bots: a sentinel to hunt X/Reddit, an editor for topics, an “Elon Musk” reviewer for voice, plus a contrarian named 犟嘴 to argue. Elon often finished the contrarian’s job, so the workflow got padded so 犟嘴 would have work. The org was babysitting bots. He cut to one bot, Paparazzi: search in the cloud terminal with Grok Build, pick and review itself, then drop to Notion after a yes.
Smallest roster that still owns the result. One bot, one job, one Notion drop after you approve. Do not split roles until gather vs judge is actually two jobs. Quote the lesson, not a reconstructed prompt.

Open on x.aiThis is a tip, not a pasteable system prompt. The author did not publish one. Follow the first-run steps.
You approve before anything lands in Notion or posts to X. Never invent a search or a take.
If you are padding the workflow so a bot stays busy, fire the bot. One owner beats a fake department.
