Entering multiple school calendars used to take up to an hour.
What hurt
JonBbC_TechGeek used to type elementary, junior high, and high school calendars by hand, plus recurring meetings, into iOS and Google Calendar. It took up to an hour. The published first-run ask is to upload each school’s flyer and have the bot input the dates. He also pointed at iOS Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts if you want Google Calendar on the phone.

Connect the calendar the bot is allowed to write (Google Calendar in the published ask). Photograph or export one school flyer at a time. Paste the published first-run message. Review proposed all-day events and any recurring early-dismissal series before you confirm. Repeat per school. Optional: sync Google Calendar to iOS as he described.
