What hurt

Jacob Luetzow spun up separate Grok Bot agents for copy, scheduling, engagement, video, support, and Stripe. When everything routed through him, he became the bottleneck. He put agents into group chats by workflow so they hand work to each other, and hung recurring jobs on routines.

What to install or create

Name each seat by one job in the profile. Put related seats in a group chat for that workflow. Routines for engagement sweeps and Stripe/admin watches. Lock captions and claims so nobody freestyles product language. Video builds 9:16 in Remotion and pulls Envato beds/SFX/stills; Scheduler parks finished files; Growth only likes/follows/comments on brand accounts. You still approve outbound email and re-login when sessions drop.
