What to install or create

A private Post Desk holds one card per post with fixed statuses; no full draft until a pitch is approved. Twice a day a sync loads approved posts into the posting schedule and checks each one (image present, length limits, links exact). At 9 pm a small worker posts that night's approved post, and refuses anything without an image. An alert fires when tonight or tomorrow has no approved post. The research bots share one Drive folder: briefs in, one file per job out.
