Work

Four businesses, many bots, one shared wiki with a single writer, and only yes/no choices for you

Several bots each kept their own version of the truth and asked you open questions all day.

What hurt

Guillaume Aubry (@g_aubry17) runs four companies and isn't an engineer. Grok Bot is his chief of staff, with one assistant per business plus a personal one, a wealth manager and a GitHub watcher. Not affiliated with xAI.

What to install or create

The key is a shared wiki as the single source of truth. Only one bot, "Mémoire", writes to it; the others read it before acting and flag conflicts instead of guessing. The bots dig through mail, Drive and calendar, spot what needs doing, and come back with clickable choices only: yes, no, option A or B. He taps, mostly by voice, and they execute.

The prompt

This is a tip, not a pasteable system prompt. The author did not publish one. Follow the first-run steps.

First run

  1. 1Read https://x.com/g_aubry17/status/2109029772000911465 (credit @g_aubry17).
  2. 2Create one shared wiki or doc as the source of truth for all your bots.
  3. 3Name one bot as its only writer; tell the others to read it first and flag conflicts.
  4. 4Tell every bot: ask me only yes/no or A/B questions, never open ones.

Approval fence

Nothing is executed until he taps a choice.

What to tweak

One writer for shared memory avoids silent conflicts, and closed questions make approval take a second.
