One-screen doc review: map + disagreements, not a shorter doc
"Summarize this" just shortens the doc — you still don't finish reading it.
What hurt
@B_Renat tip: teammates dump long docs daily. A review summary is a different artifact — a map plus disagreements — targeting 10–15% of the source. Extract (don't paraphrase): one-line decision, rejected alternatives, checkable claims, new vs already-exists, author's open/to-confirm markers, numbers/owners/deadlines. Keep author's open items and your concerns in separate sections; every concern points at a specific line; "likely" stays "likely". Identifiers stay verbatim; follow source section order. Inferred open items get labeled as yours. Tip only (no invented prompt). Not affiliated with xAI.
What to install or create
Review skill → extract checklist → separate open items vs concerns → verbatim ids + source order → label inferences.

The prompt
This is a tip, not a pasteable system prompt. The author did not publish one. Follow the first-run steps.
First run
- 1Read https://x.com/B_Renat/status/2117772608209048010 and the thread replies (credit @B_Renat).
- 2Create a reading skill: review summary = map + disagreements, target 10–15% of source — not a shorter paraphrase.
- 3Require extract checklist: decision, rejected alternatives, checkable claims, new vs exists, author open items, numbers/owners/deadlines.
- 4Separate author open items from your concerns; point every concern at a line; keep "likely" as "likely"; identifiers verbatim; follow source section order.
- 5Drop one real teammate doc; if the skill infers open items, label them as yours — approve nothing outbound.
Approval fence
Show the one-screen review only — never send, edit the source, or publish without your yes.
What to tweak
Steal map + disagreements; finishing 100% of one screen beats skimming 30% of the original.
