What hurt

知の庭師 (@byethankyou2) called Notion's Skills API a shift: AI skills used to mean someone installed locally and said it was handy — users downloaded each time; editors lived on GitHub; non-engineers barely touched them. Now Notion is the hub. Write the skill as a Notion page, edit it as a team, sync to GitHub via the Skills API. Then Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok Bot can use it — no per-person download; shortcuts work too. Edit = Notion. Distribute = GitHub. Run = each agent. Sales, ops, and marketing can fix the page in the Notion they already use; engineers do not have to be the only GitHub guards. Tip only — do not invent API steps beyond that split. Not affiliated with xAI or Notion.

Write the skill as a Notion page. Team-edit there. Sync to GitHub. Agents (including Grok Bot) run it. No extra download theater.
