Tell your bot to install a watchdog so Grok Bot on your Mac stays up
Your local routines need Grok Bot open on the Mac, and it quietly closes or its helper dies.

What to install or create
The bot sets up a small job macOS runs every 2 minutes: reopen Grok Bot if it closed, restart it cleanly if the helper died (at most once per 10 minutes), turn off App Nap for it, restart it each morning before routines, and log every check.
