Bot logs into hosting and chats live support to unblock a routine

Your host blocks an automated routine and support chat is a maze.

What hurt

DJQuad (@DJQuad) had a hosting company blocking an automated Grok Bot routine. The bot logged into the account, started live support chat, talked for about 10 minutes, and resolved it. Same pattern as bill/ISP chats: bot drives the chat, you only jump in for identity. Not affiliated with xAI.

What to install or create

Log in → live support chat → resolve block → you only verify identity.

Bots

Routines

  • None on the first run. Watch one manual pass first.

The prompt

This is a tip, not a pasteable system prompt. The author did not publish one. Follow the first-run steps.

First run

  1. 1Read https://x.com/DJQuad/status/2112332720869433685 (credit @DJQuad).
  2. 2Tell the bot which routine is blocked and which host account to use.
  3. 3Let it open live support; share only what it needs to explain the automation.
  4. 4Take over only for email/SMS identity checks.
  5. 5Confirm the block is lifted and re-test the routine.

Approval fence

Account login and any plan/payment changes need your say.

What to tweak

Steal the fence: bot owns the support maze; you take over only for identity checks.
