What hurt

Chuck Gibson (@ChuckHTF) wrote up how he runs Grok Bot with a room per project, a short stand-up in each, and two approval labels as the control layer. Not affiliated with xAI.

What to install or create

Each project room gets only the bots that own its work: a router, a PM who tracks, and the specialists. The group chat is the stand-up: short updates, clear lanes, blockers in the open. Rules: AUTO for research and drafts, NEEDS ME for anything that posts, sends, or spends. When a room hits the seat cap (he notes six bots), Notion keeps the record in a command center while the room stays for live work.
