What hurt
Chase (@chaseposts) built an ES/NQ Grok Bot desk where Macro, News, Technicals, and Calendar each ship facts on their lane — none of them get to call the trade. Only Lead synthesizes. Distinct from trading-system-not-trader (build rules vs kill switch): here the steal is the facts-only lane split before synthesis.
