He set up a doctor bot “Dr Grok” with access to his medical records, blood tests, and history, plus its own symptom-logger database in Notion. As he moves through the flare he voice-prompts symptoms; that triggers a formatted Notion row with dates, symptoms, severity, etc. Next flare in a few years he can look back at exactly what happened this time — something he always wanted but never did without a seamless path.
