Work
A delete bot that runs Elon's 5-step algorithm
Requirements, process, and bot sprawl pile up until nothing is cut.
What hurt
Wayne Lowry (@wikiwayne) built a Grok Bot that deletes for a living using Elon's 5 steps: question every requirement, delete, simplify, accelerate, automate last. He points it at morning routine/calendar, team process, subscriptions/budget, content workflow, product features before build, and his own bot team. Every requirement needs an owner; no owner gets flagged; then a deletion scorecard, GO/NO-GO/GO IF, and a check you added ~10% back (or you didn't cut enough). Free template linked. Not affiliated with xAI.
What to install or create
Install the template or paste the five steps. Run on one messy area. Keep GO IF behind your vote.
Bots
Delete desk
Runs 5-step deletion reviews. Scorecard + GO vote. Never auto-deletes prod.
Plugins
None on day one. Follow the first-run steps.
Files
Deletion scorecard. Owner, delete/simplify/accelerate/automate, GO / NO-GO / GO IF, ~10% add-back check.
Routines
None on the first run. Watch one manual pass first.
Shareable bot

This is a tip, not a pasteable system prompt. The author did not publish one. Follow the first-run steps.
First run
- 1Read https://x.com/wikiwayne/status/2110158756025663813 (credit @wikiwayne).
- 2Open the free template (or paste Elon's 5 steps into a new bot).
- 3Point it at one area: calendar, subscriptions, content, or bot roster.
- 4Require an owner per requirement; review the scorecard and cast GO / NO-GO / GO IF.
- 5Check you added ~10% back — if not, you didn't cut enough.
Approval fence
Does not delete production systems or spend without your GO.
What to tweak
Steal question→delete→simplify→accelerate→automate-last plus the owner + 10% add-back check.
