What hurt
0xPerser gave Grok Bot real business work — run parts of the company like an employee, not a chatbot. First mistake, immediately corrected: almost spun up a Gmail. Google disables agent-created Gmail. Switched to AgentMail, already a listed plugin, OAuth about three minutes, 24 email tools. Stripe live MCP for customers, invoices, and transactions in plain language. Wrote the rules first: what it may read, send, spend, the caps, what needs approval, one kill command. Passport first. Rules second. Never the other order.
What to install or create
One operator bot. AgentMail and Stripe are not in this site's plugin catalog, so leave plugins empty and connect them in Grok Bot where they are listed. Before OAuth, write the rules in the brief: read / send / spend / caps / approval / kill command. Then connect. Drafts until you say yes.
