Работа

Talk to a Tasks board: 9am work lanes, 5pm personal todos

Todo apps go stale when the board does not scan mail and calendar for you.

Что болело

Nate (@natenords) replaced a todo-list app with a Grok Bot Tasks board: weekdays at 9am he gets a summary with open, proposed, upcoming, and recently completed; daily at 5pm he gets personal todos. He talks to the bot instead of maintaining another app — it is smarter and automatic, scanning emails and calendar. Tip with author-described schedule. Not affiliated with xAI.

Что установить или создать

Four lanes (open / proposed / upcoming / done) → 9am weekday work summary → 5pm personal todos → talk, don't tap lists.

Промпт

Это совет, а не системный промпт, который можно вставить. Автор его не опубликовал. Следуйте шагам первого запуска.

Первый запуск

  1. 1Read https://x.com/natenords/status/2104654347686531377 for the Tasks board shape.
  2. 2Connect Gmail + calendar plugins the bot may scan (read-only is enough to start).
  3. 3Create one board with four lanes: open / proposed / upcoming / recently completed.
  4. 4Schedule weekday 9am work summary and daily 5pm personal todos; talk to the bot to add or move items.
  5. 5Keep proposed items frozen until you approve; never auto-send from the board.

Барьер одобрения

Proposed items stay drafts until you move them; bot must not send or spend from the board.

Что поправить

Steal the two pulses and four lanes. Let mail + calendar feed the board; you only talk and approve.
