They gave every routine a rule: webhook if something real must happen first, hourly plus a cheap check if info changes during the day, daily for reports, 5 minutes plus check only when speed matters, delete if you can't say why. Their bill went from about $397 to $45 a month (their numbers), and the first pass removed 4 routines. The audit prompt is quoted. Not affiliated with xAI.
