dave (@dave_imagines) stood up one job: customer pays, he forwards the email to the bot's inbox, it books the money, builds a receipt from his template, attaches the PDF to a draft, and waits for him to send. Clicking Sheets/Gmail/PDF kept getting stuck, so they added Google scripts. He also warns the meter (one finished job burned past cap). Tip with approval fence — no invented prompt.
