Michael Ducker (@miradu) changed how he works: instead of finishing a task then asking Claude to turn the session into a skill, he does the entire task in Grok Bot the first time — iterate and hill-climb until the output is shippable — and is left with an agent that already does the task automatically. Not affiliated with xAI.
