Работа
Tip only: Gmail + Drive — find the emailed file, file it
A colleague swears the file is missing from Drive — it was sitting in your mail.
Что болело
Ben Van Someren (@vansomerenb) said Grok Bot handles Gmail and Google Drive well. A colleague emailed that a file was not in the Drive folder — it should have been, because it had been mailed to him. One request: look for it and prove him wrong. The bot found it multiple times, then updated the Drive folder. Tip only — no invented prompt. Not affiliated with xAI.
Что установить или создать
Connect Gmail + Drive. One ask: search mail for the attachment, put it in the named folder. You approve the Drive write.
Боты

Searches Gmail for the named attachment. Stages the Drive folder update. Stops before irreversible writes.

Рутины
На первом запуске их нет. Сначала пройдите один раз вручную.
Промпт
Это совет, а не системный промпт, который можно вставить. Автор его не опубликовал. Следуйте шагам первого запуска.
Первый запуск
- 1Read https://x.com/vansomerenb/status/2100748357199143162. Tip only.
- 2Connect Gmail and Google Drive on one bot. Name the folder and the missing file.
- 3Ask it to search mail for the attachment and show you the hits — do not invent a search prompt.
- 4Review the matches. Approve the Drive folder update only if the file is the right one.
- 5Mail send and extra Drive moves stay behind your yes.
Барьер одобрения
Mail search may run. Creating, moving, or overwriting Drive files waits for your yes. No send.
Что поправить
Steal one-request find-and-file. Search can be eager; folder writes wait for you.
