Audit your commission statement and draft the dispute email
Sales reps rarely recheck commission math, and missed accelerators or deals go unpaid.
Что болело
Betto C (@BettoCt7) built a Grok Bot that audits sales commission statements. On a sample statement it found $3,600 owed, with the math shown: a deal that crossed quota but wasn't paid the accelerator rate, a closed deal missing from the statement, a clawback outside the plan's 90-day window, and wrong split math. Then it drafted the dispute email, never sending without approval. It also tracks quota, flags deals 30/60/90 days late, and does 'what if I close this deal' math. Not affiliated with xAI.
Что установить или создать
Give it your comp plan and statement; it checks four common misses and shows its math.

- 1Read https://x.com/BettoCt7/status/2110491046450765971 (credit @BettoCt7).
- 2Give the bot your comp plan (rates, accelerators, clawback window, split rules).
- 3Upload a commission statement and ask it to check accelerators, missing deals, clawback timing, and splits, with math shown.
- 4Check each finding against the plan yourself.
- 5Ask it to draft the dispute email; review and send it yourself.
Барьер одобрения
The dispute email waits for your approval. Verify the math against your plan document.
Что поправить
Steal the four-check list: accelerators, missing deals, clawback window, split math.
