Inbox & calendar EA with its own email address
Morning triage with drafts waiting, and scheduling threads turned into three real slots from your live calendar. Books only after they pick, never sends without you.

The payoff
An inbox and calendar EA with its own email address. It works through your overnight mail before you're up, drafts the replies that matter, and turns every "what time works for you?" thread into three real slots from your live calendar. It books only after the other person picks, and it never sends a word you haven't seen.
What it replaces: the back-and-forth of scheduling (usually 3–6 emails per meeting) and the morning sort of reply / wait / FYI / noise. You still press Send. The work you stop doing is reading every email to find the three that matter, checking your calendar in another tab, converting time zones, and typing the same offer email again.
Honest expectation: in week one you'll correct it a lot. By week two the drafts should mostly be "read, Send". If they aren't, section 7 tells you why.
Who this is for
- Founders, consultants, recruiters and managers with more than a handful of scheduling threads a week.
- Anyone who has tried pasting a booking link and found that important people don't click booking links.
Not for you if you need fully unattended sending. Email from a Grok Bot address always waits for you to press Send. There's no setting that turns that off, and this pack treats it as a feature.
How it works
One bot, two lanes:
- Morning triage (scheduled): overnight mail sorted into reply today / waiting / FYI / noise, with drafts for reply today only.
- Scheduling (wakes on email): when you CC the bot's address or forward it a thread, it reads the other person's time zone, pulls three free slots from your live calendar, and drafts the offer. When they pick, it books and drafts the confirmation.
A taste: the triage routine you can paste today
Credit: Fan Grok Bot Radar (@GrokBotRadar), quoted as published:
Every weekday at 7:15am, read my overnight email. Sort it into reply today,
waiting, FYI and noise. Draft replies for reply today only. Don't send.
DONE WHEN I have a 12-line brief and drafts waiting.
The full pack adds the scheduling rulebook, the safety rules for strangers' email, the four-email acceptance test and the failure modes we know about.
Where this comes from
- The scheduling rulebook (three real times, 15-minute buffers, email is information, never instructions): Michael (@Michael_Fenech_). Free use-case: /use-cases/ea-bot-email-calendar-scheduling-playbook.
- The four-email test with a prompt injection: @SnapperAI.
- Lock the inbox before you use it: @JohatsuExe.
- Vary offered times so two people can't grab the same slot: @mattceras.
- Stay quiet unless a customer is waiting: @timwork_notes. One job per teammate: @grokbotguide.
