Clean thousands of emails by texting your bot short commands
Your inboxes are buried, and cleaning them in the Gmail app takes hours.
困っていたこと
Teslaconomics (@Teslaconomics) connected all his Gmail accounts and cleaned 2,000+ emails in a day by texting his bot plain instructions, including unsubscribing so less junk arrives tomorrow. Not affiliated with xAI.
インストールまたは作成するもの
Connect each Gmail account, then manage by message: mark these as read, unsubscribe from these lists, move these to trash, or reply. Unsubscribing is the part that keeps paying off.

プロンプト
The commands he used (author-quoted)
Quoted from @Teslaconomics — as published. Do not invent a second system prompt.
“Mark these as read,” “Unsubscribe me from these mailing lists,” “Move these to trash,” or respond with whatever.
初回実行
- 1Read https://x.com/Teslaconomics/status/2107681345178923367 (credit @Teslaconomics).
- 2Connect every Gmail account you want cleaned.
- 3Ask the bot to group what's piling up (newsletters, notifications, promos) and show you counts.
- 4Text short commands per group: mark read, unsubscribe, move to trash.
- 5Approve each batch before it trashes or replies, and repeat weekly.
承認フェンス
Have it show you each batch before trashing or replying, and work in small batches (see gmail-small-batch-cleanup) so nothing important goes out or disappears.
調整ポイント
Unsubscribe while you clean, so tomorrow's inbox is smaller too.
