Payment email → books money → receipt PDF draft → you send
Each customer payment needs the same Sheets/Gmail/PDF click path.
困っていたこと
dave (@dave_imagines) stood up one job: customer pays, he forwards the email to the bot's inbox, it books the money, builds a receipt from his template, attaches the PDF to a draft, and waits for him to send. Clicking Sheets/Gmail/PDF kept getting stuck, so they added Google scripts. He also warns the meter (one finished job burned past cap). Tip with approval fence — no invented prompt.

Forward-pay mail → book → template receipt PDF → draft only. Prefer scripts over UI clicking for the sticky steps. Watch usage on the first paid run.

初回実行
- 1Read https://x.com/dave_imagines/status/2098877906617340112.
- 2Create Receipt desk. Connect Gmail (bot inbox). Add your receipt template.
- 3Forward one real payment email. Expect: book → PDF → draft. Stop before send.
- 4If the bot sticks on Sheets/Gmail/PDF clicks, add Google scripts for those steps instead of more clicking.
- 5You send the draft. Watch usage on the first full run.
承認フェンス
Sending the receipt email always needs your yes. Booking/money writes: review the first runs.
調整ポイント
Steal the forward→draft→human-send shape and the script tip. Do not auto-send receipts.

Solo-founder ops desk: one morning note, four gates
Three bots run the back office of a one-person company or side business: a morning note of what changed, a Friday keep/fix/cut review, and wake-ups only for money, publishing, sending as you, or anything irreversible.
