Each bot stays up with three parts — memory, tool connections, and a dedicated computer. Weeks-to-months of chat history means you do not re-explain the job. A Chief of Staff bot routes work to inbox, schedule, and to-do bots; the bots talk to each other. Connect Gmail, Drive, and Calendar and even multi-account tidy-up can run on that delegation shape.
