手順

1. Install Lauren on the engineering desk, then PR Reviewer. Paste a draft PR or a diff.
2. Read the risk note. Missing tests and missing context come before style nits.
3. Repo Engineer can hold the repo context. Nightly Audit is a later pass, not the first review.
4. If a routine chains from a bot into a cloud agent and the repo, the published failure rule is: tell you and stop. No blind retries.
