One prompt that makes a new bot interview you, then write its own job, limits and schedule

The bot asks at most seven questions (result, what never to touch, frequency, credit budget, memory), then writes a charter for approval: JOB, DONE, NEVER, ROUTINE, MEMORY, BUDGET. Every run ends with what it did, what it cost and what needs a yes. The same prompt has run as a trader's morning-levels bot, a reseller's listing drafter and a parent's Sunday school-email plan.

3/3 "Every run, end with: what you did, what it cost, what needs my yes. If nothing changed, say 'nothing new' and stop. If something fails twice, stop and tell me what you tried. Week 1: I review everything, then suggest one rule to cut."
