Haus Hunter: OR rules, photo facts, real commute & 2AM crime
Listing filters want single numbers; real house hunts need OR rules and facts only photos show.
Qué dolía
belevy (@ibelevy) built Haus Hunter because Zillow-style filters can’t express real rules: e.g. 1 bed only if 1.5+ baths, else 2 bed 2 bath; walk-to-beach proximity can raise budget up to $1,000; community pool OR freestanding bathtub. Many features live only in photos (carpet in bathroom in photo 15). “15 min commute” isn’t enough — they need Wednesday 5:40pm with traffic — and 2AM crime reality beats amenity lists. The bot keeps searching against those rules so you aren’t clicking hundreds of duds. Template: https://x.ai/bot/qcYwZzong9WSUhkrnCOnx. Method + template. Not affiliated with xAI.
Qué instalar o crear
Write OR/conditional rules → inspect listing photos → score commute at a real datetime → check night crime → keep hunting.

Esto es un consejo, no un prompt de sistema para pegar. El autor no publicó uno. Sigue los pasos del primer uso.
Primer uso
- 1Read https://x.com/ibelevy/status/2103630039397122456 for the OR-rules + photo + commute + crime pattern.
- 2Write your rule card in plain language (conditional beds/baths, budget bumps, OR amenities).
- 3Clone https://x.ai/bot/qcYwZzong9WSUhkrnCOnx (or paste the same rules into your own bot) and connect browser/web as needed.
- 4Require photo checks for features that never appear in listing text; score commute at a real weekday rush time.
- 5Keep offers and deposits behind your approval — the bot hunts and scores only.
Valla de aprobación
No offers, deposits, or broker outreach without your yes. Search and score only until you decide.
Qué ajustar
Steal OR rules + photo facts + timed commute. Filters that only do AND/single numbers miss the deal.
