Trabajo
Run a group chat per project instead of one mega agent
One chat that does everything turns into a blur of half-finished projects.
Qué dolía
Chuck Gibson (@ChuckHTF) wrote up how he runs Grok Bot with a room per project, a short stand-up in each, and two approval labels as the control layer. Not affiliated with xAI.
Qué instalar o crear
Each project room gets only the bots that own its work: a router, a PM who tracks, and the specialists. The group chat is the stand-up: short updates, clear lanes, blockers in the open. Rules: AUTO for research and drafts, NEEDS ME for anything that posts, sends, or spends. When a room hits the seat cap (he notes six bots), Notion keeps the record in a command center while the room stays for live work.

El prompt
Esto es un consejo, no un prompt de sistema para pegar. El autor no publicó uno. Sigue los pasos del primer uso.
Primer uso
- 1Read https://x.com/ChuckHTF/status/2107926077285007841 (credit @ChuckHTF).
- 2Make one group chat per active project.
- 3Seat only the bots that own its work: a router, a PM, and the needed specialists.
- 4Post the two rules in the room: AUTO for research and drafts, NEEDS ME for posting, sending, or spending.
- 5Keep updates short, and move the record to a Notion page when the room gets full.
Valla de aprobación
NEEDS ME is the fence: nothing that posts, sends, or spends happens without you.
Qué ajustar
Room, roster, stand-up, governor rules, Notion when the room overflows. Swap the seats, keep the rules.
