Turn a process into an animated flow diagram: describe boxes and links in JSON, render to MP4
A static diagram can't show a step-by-step process, and making motion graphics by hand is slow.
Qué dolía
Fynor (@finderonia) made a moving flow chart of what happens to a post after it's published, in 10 steps, with the signal and tip for each step highlighted in turn. The diagram uses @YuLin807's open-source live-panel skill. Not affiliated with xAI.
Qué instalar o crear
You write one JSON file describing the boxes, what connects to what and what each step says; the skill renders it as an animated diagram with flowing light, exported as MP4 or a web page. It took four revisions working with Grok Bot.

- 2Write the steps of your process as a short list.
- 3Ask your bot to install the live-panel skill and turn the list into its JSON format.
- 4Render, watch it, and ask for revisions (expect a few rounds).
- 5Export the MP4 or web page.
Valla de aprobación
Review the final video before you post it yourself.
Qué ajustar
Let the bot draft and revise the JSON; you judge the flow.
