Scheduled X account health check (follows + engagement)
Mutual follows vanish and high-signal topics get buried in the feed.
نقطة الألم
JC Christopher (@JCChristopher) set a Grok Bot on his X account for overall health checks on a schedule: lost follow-backs, mutuals who unfollowed, accounts that interact most, and post topics that earn authentic engagement. Setup with X access took longer than expected; token burn scales with scrape depth. Tip with author checklist — no invented prompt.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ
Dedicated X health bot + scheduled reassess. Report: unfollow cleanup list, top interactors, topic winners. Keep scrapes coarse to save tokens. Act on the list yourself — unfollow or engage — without drama.

النص التوجيهي
هذه نصيحة، وليست نصًا توجيهيًا للنظام يمكن لصقه. لم ينشر المؤلف نصًا. اتبع خطوات التشغيل الأول.
التشغيل الأول
- 1Read https://x.com/JCChristopher/status/2098575672532729979 for the health-check checklist.
- 2Create a bot focused on your X account. Connect X access once (expect setup time).
- 3Ask it to report: lost follow-backs, mutuals who unfollowed, top interactors, high-engagement topics.
- 4Save a coarse routine (weekly-ish). Keep scrapes light — token burn scales with depth.
- 5You decide unfollows and outreach. Default is read-only report.
حاجز الموافقة
Do not mass-unfollow or auto-DM from the report without your yes. Read-only health check by default.
ما الذي تعدّله
Steal the scheduled audit checklist and the token-budget warning. Human still cleans the graph.
