7:15am email brief with a DONE WHEN line and Send left to you
Routines without a finish line make it impossible to tell a finished run from a stuck one.
نقطة الألم
Fan Grok Bot Radar (@GrokBotRadar) argues you need about five routines, not fifty, and that the line that makes them work is DONE WHEN. The first one he shared reads overnight email at 7:15am, sorts it, and drafts replies without sending. Not affiliated with xAI.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ
Connect email, paste the author's routine, and add an Ask-first rule for sending so drafts can never go out on their own. The DONE WHEN line tells you exactly what a good run leaves behind.

النص التوجيهي
7:15 email routine (author-quoted)
Quoted from @GrokBotRadar — as published. Do not invent a second system prompt.
Every weekday at 7:15am, read my overnight email. Sort it into reply today, waiting, FYI and noise. Draft replies for reply today only. Don't send. DONE WHEN I have a 12-line brief and drafts waiting.
التشغيل الأول
- 1Read https://x.com/GrokBotRadar/status/2107188270669148319 (credit @GrokBotRadar).
- 2Connect your email to your bot.
- 3Add an Ask-first rule for sending email (the author points to Settings > General > Auto-review).
- 4Paste the routine below and save it for weekdays at 7:15am.
- 5Next morning, check the DONE WHEN: a 12-line brief plus drafts waiting, nothing sent.
حاجز الموافقة
The routine says “Don't send.” Back it with an Ask-first rule for sending (author's path: Settings > General > Auto-review).
ما الذي تعدّله
Write the finish line into every routine: what you should see when it is done.
