Turn a Sunday livestream into a trimmed YouTube sermon and a podcast episode

Every week someone has to cut the livestream, write titles, and publish in two places.

نقطة الألم

Ryan Hinkle (@ryanrhinkle) built pod-bot for church tech teams: it proposes the cut, pulls titles and descriptions from your notes, waits for your OK, then publishes. His church: 95% smooth in week one, 100% in week two. Not affiliated with xAI.

ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ

Each week the bot takes the livestream, proposes where to trim the sermon, drafts the title and description from your notes, and stops for approval. After your OK it publishes the YouTube video and the podcast episode.

  2. 2Add the pod-bot template from the share link, or describe this job to your own bot.
  3. 3Give it access to the livestream and the place your sermon notes live.
  4. 4On the first week, review the proposed cut, title, and description carefully.
  5. 5Approve, let it publish to YouTube and your podcast host, and tune what it gets wrong.

حاجز الموافقة

It waits for your OK before publishing anything. Keep that gate.

ما الذي تعدّله

Let the bot propose the cut; you only approve.
