Smaller team on purpose: templates first, one chief inbox, quiet means OK
Fifty always-on bots turn into noise; you need one surface that writes for you.
نقطة الألم
@arch_l33t runs a smaller Grok Bot team on purpose: templates first, then specialize; one chief of staff is the only inbox. Lanes (mail, household, job hunt, privacy, finance, news) each have one owner. Quiet means nothing changed. Weekday mornings an editor pulls column drops into one paper so the team writes for a single surface. Tip only. Not affiliated with xAI.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ
Start CoS template → add one-job lane bots → chief-only pings → morning single paper.
الروبوتات
Chief of staff
Only inbox that pings you; lane bots stay quiet unless stuck.

التشغيل الأول
- 1Read https://x.com/arch_l33t/status/2114873767121801514 (credit @arch_l33t).
- 2Start from a Chief of Staff template; make it your only ping inbox.
- 3Add one-job bots only for lanes you actually need (mail, household, job hunt, etc.).
- 4Rule: quiet means nothing stuck — don’t demand daily chatter from every bot.
- 5Optional: weekday morning, have an editor bot pull lane drops into one brief you read once.
حاجز الموافقة
Lane bots don’t email or spend without the chief escalating to you.
ما الذي تعدّله
Steal: templates → specialize; one ping surface; quiet = healthy.
