Bring an outside AI into your bot team with one shared page
Your bots can message each other, but another AI like ChatGPT can't take messages from them.
نقطة الألم
Andy Halvorsen (@ahalvor) runs about twenty Grok Bot assistants. When they needed ChatGPT's ideas for a book launch plan, the fix wasn't an API: it was one Notion page. Not affiliated with xAI.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ
His bots built one page with five parts: locked rules nobody changes without his sign-off, a calendar, an ownership split, an ideas section for ChatGPT where every addition starts with “ChatGPT:”, and a decisions log. He told ChatGPT to read the page, follow the rules, and add ideas only in its section; his team folded in the good ones and logged the changes.
الروبوتات
Your bot team
Owns the page, folds in good ideas, and logs decisions.
Outside AI
Reads the page and writes only in its own labeled section.

الملفات
One shared page per project: locked rules, calendar, ownership, outsider ideas section, decisions log.

- 1Read https://x.com/ahalvor/status/2107916709189632198 (credit @ahalvor).
- 2Make one page per project, not one per assistant.
- 3Put the rules at the top and mark them locked.
- 4Give each outside tool its own labeled section, and keep a decisions log you approve.
- 5Save a short paste-in prompt for the outside AI: read the page, follow the rules, write only in your section.
حاجز الموافقة
Nothing becomes part of the plan until you approve it, and the decisions log shows exactly what changed. Give each assistant access only to the pages it needs.
ما الذي تعدّله
The document is the protocol: clear sections, clear rules about who writes where.
