الشخصي
One evening list from WhatsApp, email, and school calendars — kit, forms, payments
School WhatsApp threads, parent emails, and calendars scatter kit, forms, and fixtures across the day.
نقطة الألم
YodaMoney (@YodaMoney1) built a Grok Bot that reads WhatsApp and email, checks school calendars, and sends one short evening list: kit, forms, payments, fixtures, and dates months ahead, each with its source. A copy goes to his wife too. He shared a template so other parents can point it at their own kids and schools. Not affiliated with xAI.
ماذا تثبّت أو تنشئ

التشغيل الأول
- 1Read https://x.com/YodaMoney1/status/2110866731887444278 (credit @YodaMoney1).
- 2Install the author's template (or describe your kids, schools, and inboxes).
- 3Connect email/calendar (and whatever WhatsApp bridge you already use).
- 4Ask for one evening list with source tags; add your partner as a second recipient.
- 5Act on fees and forms yourself after the list arrives.
حاجز الموافقة
Reading mail/chat is fine; paying fees or submitting forms waits for you.
ما الذي تعدّله
Steal the one-list-with-source pattern and the partner CC.
